In the plot there is no building at the moment , however it has horizontal division of the parent estate. To obtain the resulting buildability on the plot we have considered an occupation of 90% and three floors high. According to horizontal division said building consists of three floors and a ground floor below ground, consists of 37 parking spaces and 45 apartments.
